These terms apply to the purchase of digital products (e.g. PDF downloads) via jim-john.de. Booking inquiries for live performances are governed by the individually agreed terms of the respective offer.

§1 Scope

These terms apply to contracts between Jim&John Förster (Jim&John ShowActs), Friedrichstr. 172, 10117 Berlin ("we"), and consumers ("you") for the purchase of digital content not delivered on a physical medium.

§2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on this page does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to order. By completing the payment process via our payment provider, you submit a binding offer, which we accept by unlocking or sending the content.

§3 Prices and Payment

All prices shown are final prices in Euro. Payment is processed via our payment provider Stripe.

§4 Right of Withdrawal

Our withdrawal policy applies.

§5 Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive a simple, non-transferable right of use for personal purposes. Passing the content on to third parties or making it publicly available is not permitted.

§6 Liability

Training content (e.g. partner acrobatics exercises) is created with the greatest care but does not replace personal instruction. Execution is at your own responsibility. We accept no liability for damages arising from independent application, to the extent legally permissible.

§7 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
